1. Introduction
This Agreement governs the relationship between CaaR and its registered Service Partners who perform inspections, repairs, valuations, and related services.
2. Definitions
- "Service Partner": Any approved mechanic, inspector, valuator, or tow operator working with CaaR.
- "CaaR": The online automotive marketplace operating at CaaR.shop.
- "Client": The buyer or seller who requests the Partner's services through the platform.
3. Scope of Services
Partner agrees to deliver services requested via the platform with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. Services include but are not limited to inspections, repairs, reports, towing, and on-site assessments.
4. Partner Obligations
- Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications relevant to services provided.
- Respond to service requests within 24 hours or a pre-agreed timeline.
- Report issues or discrepancies with service assignments to CaaR promptly.
5. CaaR Obligations
CaaR will provide platform access, service assignments, and timely payments for approved and completed services as per agreed terms.
6. Service Standards
All services must meet industry quality benchmarks and CaaR’s internal standards. Unsatisfactory services may lead to review, suspension, or termination of this Agreement.
7. Fees & Payments
Payments will be processed bi-weekly or monthly via bank transfer or other methods provided the Partner has submitted complete service reports and invoices.
8. Confidentiality
All Partner access to user data or platform information must remain confidential. Any breach will result in immediate contract termination and potential legal action.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any conflicts will first attempt resolution via mutual dialogue. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to Jamaican Arbitration processes in Kingston.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. Immediate termination may apply for breaches of service, confidentiality, or ethics.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed under the laws of Jamaica and is enforceable in Jamaican courts.
